Donna Pastor - National Manager
Donna joined Independent Appointments in 2003 and now manages our Financial Services Division. Donna previously spent 4 years working within the Financial Services Sector starting as a Sales Support Administrator working for Allied Dunbar then progressed to work on a one-to-one basis for an IFA carrying out full Paraplanning Support. Finally she progressed to work for a well-known Pensioneer Trustee House specialising in SSAS & SIPP's before moving into recruitment.

Bryn McMillan - Senior Managing Consultant
Bryn joined Independent Appointments in 2000, having spent 3 years as a financial adviser with Standard Life and 6 years within financial services administration for various brokers before working within the Recruitment Industry.
Richard joined Independent Appointments in March 2007 after gaining a BSc in Human Organisations. His ambition was to work within the Recruitment Industry. He joined as a Trainee but he has progressed significantly and now plays a vital role within the Financial Services Division.
Jenny joined the Financial Services Division in January 2008. With almost 4 years previous experience recruiting within the financial services and accounting industries, she has built up a wealth of market knowledge and expertise which complements the team.
Oliver joined Independent Appointments in December 2008. After studying marine biology at university he was drawn to recruitment almost immediately. Having worked previously within financial services recruitment he has quickly become a favoured name with his clients and candidates. His extremely proactive approach to finding the right individuals for the right roles has ensured his success.
Ros joined Independent Appointments in 2000 and provides full Support and technical research for the Consultants. Ros also takes on the role of National Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Ros gained 8 years secretarial experience at a senior level within a variety of organisations.
Marie Thompson - Personal Assistant
Marie joined Independent Appointments in June 2004 as a Personal Assistant/Recruitment Administrator to the Consultants. With several years administrative experience, she provides full administrative support which includes CV production, updating systems, and vacancy advertisement. Marie additionally assists with accountancy and compliance matters for the company.
